Nick Farley has always been about educating people. With a degree in education from the University of Central Arkansas, Nick taught public school before becoming a Baptist minister, teaching his community in other ways. He preached in various churches before re-entering the school system, only this time, it was founding several charter schools with a solid foundation of values. His schools unintentionally attracted more of a troubled youth population, and Nick merged his passion for education with his personal values, welcoming the students with open arms.
Nick retired as Superintendent, but his altruism had not expired, so he began helping his community by selling Medicare packages to older adults in need. After he took some money management courses, he realized he could be helping his community in more significant ways. When he got a call from a stranger talking about retirement planning, Nick knew that his journey helping people was not over. Nick now independently serves his community by helping them build financial plans where they can embark on a serene financial voyage to the future of their dreams.
Nick Farley launched Serene Horizon Financial as a retired man because he believes his purpose in life is to serve others. Nick’s faith has guided him through a fulfilling life, and he wants to share what he has learned to help his community thrive in retirement and leave a lasting legacy. With an educator’s heart and an entrepreneurial spirit, Nick is dedicated to continuing his legacy of service by sharing his knowledge and helping his clients set sail to the peaceful future they long for.
